DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From Route 4 Westbound:
Exit at Grave Ave, Englewood. The ramp merges onto Grand Avenue at the traffic light. Make a left at Banker Street and another left on Dean Street. Continue one block and make a left onto Van Nostrand Avenue. Our parking lot is on the right, just after the FORD dealership.

From Route 4 Eastbound (towards NYC):
Exit at Grand Ave, Leonia. At the end of the exit ramp, make a sharp right onto Rockwood Place (turns parallel to exit ramp). At the end of Rockwood Place, turn right, then another right onto Van Nostrand Avenue. Our parking lot is on the right, just after the Ford dealership.

From Dean Street:
Go through Englewood. Just before Route 4, there is a fork in Dean Street, bear left. Our parking light is on the right, just after the Ford Dealership.

Important Notice to our Patients
At Englewood Endoscopic Associates, our mission is to provide our patients with high quality and compassionate care. In order to improve availability for our patients, an appointment/cancellation policy is being implemented beginning January 1, 2011. This policy applies to both office visits and endoscopic procedures that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled visit.

Cancellation of an Appointment

If it is necessary for you to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call the office at least one (1) working day in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.

How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel an appointment, please call 201-569-7044. You may leave a detailed message on the voice mail if you are unable to speak directly with a receptionist. Cancellations via email cannot be accepted at this time.

Late Cancellations or No Show
Patients failing to cancel their appointment as indicated above (at least 24 hrs in advance) will be billed an administrative fee: Office visit: $25; Endoscopic procedure: $100
All fees must be paid in full prior to the scheduling of future appointments.
